The top path elevates this tower into one of the best support options in the game. At its 3-X upgrade, it provides cost-effective Hidden detection, but its true strength shines at the 4-X upgrade, where it gains the unique ability to completely remove the Hidden status from any enemy it attacks. This transformative capability enables unparalleled synergy with every other tower, allowing players to allocate resources more freely into BP upgrades without worrying about Hidden units bypassing their defenses. Its synergy is especially impactful when paired with the Mortar, as the removal of Hidden status ensures all units in its splash radius can be targeted. This path's utility and cost-effectiveness solidify both it and the tower as top-tier choices for any strategy.


The bottom path focuses on slowing down enemy units, reducing their movement speed as they traverse the track. While the ability's value peaks at the cost-effective X-3 upgrade, which provides sufficient slow utility for most scenarios, the X-4 upgrade offers a moderate increase in both DPS and the slow effect's duration and effectiveness. However, the improvement in the slow effect is minimal, making the X-4 investment harder to justify unless the added DPS is critical for your strategy. Overall, this path is a decent option for utility with a situational DPS boost at higher upgrades.
